Okay, facial bones include
1. zygomatic (cheek) bones
2. ethmoid bone
3. maxillae
4. mandible (but it's hinged)
I'd say the smallest is the ethmoid, but I couldn't really say for sure.
Facial? Wow, could it be the bridge of the nose? I don't know it's proper name.
