Not really. I like everything fresh.

Most packaged breads. When I first open the package the bread is flimsy and fall-apart and it squashes when I put sandwich filling on it. After a day or so it gets a bit more backbone but still tastes good and is tender for chewing.

Stale?.....Maybe popcorn, that's the only thing I can think of.

I am told that Fish Curry prepared the Indian way is best when eaten 12 hours after cooking. No first hand knowledge though, as I have never eaten fish, being a vegetarian.

Some brands of potato chips (crisps to our UK friends) are better a couple of days after the bag is opened.

Regular Oreo cookies - - when they're a little stale, then they get softer quicker when I dunk them in milk. [ The only way I eat them by the way. :) ]

"Stale" or "aged"? I don't like stale anything but cheese or beef that is aged is delicious! :)

No I have never tried anything stale, I am allergic and a pecetarian so it scares me a bit.
