It is unsafe for the penis to be anywhere NEAR the vagina without a condom. Sometimes sperm can be released early, and it takes only one to start a pregnancy. If I were you, I would reframe from leaving the penis inside a vagina for any amount of time without a condom. The chance of spreading or contracting an STD is also raised, as there could be the exchange of fluids.
