The great thing about living in the land of Chav (might want to look that one up on google) and being incredibly skinny is that you can shove an array of things up your top, say you are pregnant and no one bats an eyelid. I practically live at the cinema, and I can't afford their prices. Though sometimes I wonder just how long they think I will be pregnant...

G'day SimplyKate, Thank you for your question. I sometimes do as the prices that they charge for snacks is simply exorbitant. I or we definitely take our own food and drinks into sports stadium as the prices are definitely well above what you pay elsewhere. If you can make your own snacks or take in something to drink, you can actually afford to go more often. Regards

The funny thing is, I've never been challenged, which is amazing considering I live in 'the rudest city in Britain' (along with Birmingham that is). My mum, family, me and my friends all refuse to pay cinema prices, so when I go with my mum, she literally takes a Sainsbury's bag in with her, blatantly full of stuff. Me and my friends just half discretely take it in, but if I was ever challenged, I'd just say I had special confidetial dietary requirements that the cinema produce didn't meet.

If I plan to have anything during the movie, I sneak it in. Nowadays, I need nothing. I've learned to just watch the movie so I don't have to go take a piss and miss something. A few years ago we were sneaking in 40oz beers and food. Who wants to pay $30 for a movie? I'd rather go to Six Flags, they could use the business anyways. Watch the movie on video once you hear if it is any good from your friends.

sure most people would do i take sweets and drinks but i sometimes pay 4 popcorn as its so yummy from them, i dont go much anyway far 2 expensive!

I always sneak food/drinks in. Next to the cinema is a McDonalds, I buy my drinks there. Will save me like 10 euro's. Sometimes we bring chips but we just buy them at the grocerystore. I mean why should I buy pringles for 8 euro instead of 1.95 :P
