How do you find the "Saved" folder on LimeWire so I can get it onto my USB?

Right-click on the folder and choose "Open with Explorer" or "Explore". Then look in the address bar of the Explorer window to see the directory name.

The most recent version of Limewire stores it under (in Vista). (hard drive)(user)DocumentsLimewireSaved In XP, it should look something like (hard drive)Documents And Settings(user)My DocumentsLimewireSaved If you can't find it, try doing a search for the folder "Saved" or a search for one of the files you downloaded through Limewire.
