My ex never had any kind of clue, care or concern for what I did and didn't like. He was and is still a selfish a$$hole when it came to me. He does however know exactly what his girlfriend likes and makes a beeline to get her whatever she wants in whatever way she requires it. It hurts twice as much when you learn later on that they COULD love you... But that they just weren't all that interested.

he's done this before, but not for mother's day. since i'm not my husbands mother, he does not buy me a gift for mother's day, my children do.
