Are you a restless sleeper... awakening to your blankets and covers everywhere; or are you a 'neat sleeper' like I am? I rarely move the covers during my sleep.

Depends on what kind of stress the day held. I sleep only as well, comfortably and as neatly as my day allows.

I was just telling someone today "how can one person make such a mess with covers"..so I say that I am lucky if my covers are still on the bed the next morning

Oh, stop bragging! You try sleeping with two big dogs and 8 cats on top of your covers and see if you don't move around! :D

..the expanse of the bed is all territory roamed at night..if it was possible I might have that mattress flipped over as well....my bed looks as if stormtroopers waged war in the night...

I used to sleep without moving my whole life. Now it is so hot where I live that I never sleep through the night and toss and turn all night. My mother insists on turning the air off at night because she takes coumadin and she gets cold. I try fans, but it doesn't help.
