If im driving something I can crunch on to keep me awake while everyone else is sleeping. Something that doesnt make a mess and not full of calories. Carrot sticks are great, or pretzel rods.

Water bottles, juice, fruit and little things to pick on like crackers, nuts and chips.

Crackers, cheese, hard salami, apples. Don't forget the knife and some mustard in a squeeze bottle. AND NAPKINS! Beverage of choice would be beer, but that can get tricky.

Beef jerky. I have no idea why. Any other snack can be sacrificed, but I must have beef jerky if I'm in my car for more than a few hours.
