  • You better believe you can. It can induce a stroke.
  • Yes, and it'll be very bad indeed. Depending on how much you take, you could end up in hospital, I think.
  • Maybe if you have a heart condition. It probably would do more to you long term then short term. I heard of some kid drinking to Monster drinks in one day and passing a kidney stone that same day.
  • There is this bingo caller that drinks at least three cans of this stuff, before and during a bingo session of four hours. He is wired to the sky. He never stops talking. never. He infringes on overdose and drives us all crazy.
  • Too much of almost anything can get you in trouble. You can even overdose on water.
  • Overdose I'm not sure, but drinking more than 2 cans a day is not advised. My cousin drank 3 once and acted like she was on speed - Climbing trees, going crazy. Basically incredibly hyper.
  • Depending on your overall health and state of mind it sure can... They can cause; Dehydration which can lead to stroke, heart attack, high blood pressure, adema, kidney problems, liver damage and nerve disorders if taken in excess over long periods of time.

  • Very sad case in the UK papers today. A young lad OD on an energy drink (quite which one I don't know as it wasn't named) and, after being a normal, healthy 11 yr old, went completely off the rails. His behaviour became wild, erratic and he generally wasn't himself. He tragically hanged himself. So desperately sad. The caffeine in the drink is being blamed as the cause of this horrible event.
