No way its a mistake as you will most probally regret it later on,in the uk you cant get a legal tat until your 18 and you have to take ID with you. My daughter and her friends put their initials on their finger with indian ink(permenant)they are 15 and regret it,to remove it will cost me 395 english pounds so i cant remove it. She will have to wait unitl shes 18 and either pay for it to be removed or get a small tat over it thing is its on her finger that isnt a good place for a tat on a young lady

I don't belive they should. Teen years are very turbulant and what they want so bad today they don't want it at all tomorrow! Hormones play a strong part here and when they settle I guess after 18 they can sensibly make their own minds up.

having a henna tattoo for a while might be enough, any child could have a henna tat to see if they like it, if not then nothins lost. a child between these ages are still a child in many ways, so no i would say wait a few years and see if they still think the same
