Are you compelled to answer more questions, if you see a friend surpass you in levels and points-here on AB? sometimes, i feel like increasing my daily amount of answering to keep up and getting to next level-if, iam falling behind.

the beauty of actually lending knowledge to someone's question, and receiving some good thumbs up is rewarding enough..but the points/levels system is a big incentive and adds excitement to this site-like a "motivational" tool. i like helping people with their problems..but also to try and stay ahead in the AB rat race

When we get those quesions asking what level we are, I always have to go to my profile to look, It is not that important , There are a lot of people on here a lot more articulate and helpful than myself ,that are on lower levels
