It depends on circumstances,is he getting a divorce if so go for it they are seperated,i have known people who have been seperated for years and it makes no difference to them they are no longer together

I would stay away from this whole situation. Just because you are separated from your husband/wife doesn't mean you are divorced. There are so many times that people make the mistake of thinking that this means they will ultimately get a divorce but what ends up happening is that in most cases they just get back together. So in my opinion just go find someone who is single and doesn't have all that baggage. You will only get hurt in the end.
