What type of data (i.e nominal) to do you have if all you have are measurements - i.e the amount of times someone has done something?

Normally you have scale data for measurements. For example perfomance scores such as the number of times a participant hits a target, as well as IQs, responses to questionaires etc. In such data each individual score or datum carries info independently of the other data!! Hope I helped!
