Hmm, I'm not aware of any "crime" that he has committed. If you say that calling out a bigot is a crime, i.e. just words, then you would have to also jail those who say LGBT people should be jailed, beaten, receive therapy, etc. It's when speech INCITES others to do crimes or does HARM itself that a crime is committed. {brought to you by your local 1st amendment reference}

i guess that i just don't get why it is ok to say whatever you want about straght white people, they say anything about anybody and they are racist, or homophobe, but if you are anyone that isn't straight and white you can say anything that you want and all you are doing is "expressing yourself"

I put this as a comment and am going to post it as an answer. It turns out that Wraith is griping about him calling this woman a "bitch." Gee, I have been called "baby raper," "f*cking Gyppo," and so much more just because of my ethnicity. Should I have these people jailed or just move on? Frankly, I would rather not put that much importance on such a thing. . Come on now... calling someone a "bitch" is not a crime. . Wraith, you freely slam Democrats and Obama constantly. Should you be jailed? . If you answer "no" to what I have been called or what you call liberals and Obama, why the griping about gays? Could it be, as another answerer said, sour grapes?
