Yeah, I answered it a fews times it happened, no one said anything when I answered though.

yeah, its fun to call them and have a random convorsation with whoever is fortuneate enough to pick it up. if you know someone is around one, maybe in the lobby of a hotel and you need to reach them, call the payphone :D

I answered one and some dude was asking for some chick. I said "Yeah, hang on", then called down the street "Hey babe, some dude's asking for you..." <pause> then I said into the phone: "She says she's not here right now. Bye." and I hung up.

Many shopkeepers here in India keep pay phones in their shops. This was they can receive all the calls they want. They even print the pay phone number on their cards. This way they avoid paying a rental for the phone, make and receive all the calls they want and also earn an income from their customers using the payphone. I think it is a good arrangement as the shopkeepers will not be obliged to allow anyone to use their regular phones.

Ye some woman sed she could see me and then described what i was wearing. i then continued to describe what she was wearing, adding she looked 'hookerish' and then stated her exact whereabouts as i could see her quite clearly across the street. lol makes me laugh thinking about it :D

I have answered a pay phone and when i did i was instructed to look for a lady with all black on, the grim reeper i assume. I couldnt find her so i hung up
