No, you wont. unimployment is for ppl that have been layed off work. or have been wronfly terminated. Maybe you should talk to someone higher than the maneger. if not there is always Human resorces. We can never stress enough how they are there to help. They will do whats in their power to help you.

No, you can't get unemployment if you quit. Just keep working and do your best, until they fire you. I'm a little confused by your wording. "Corrective action" usually implied that you are informed what you are doing wrong, and directed how to correct it. before you are written up again, send a written request to your employer asking him to provide a complete job description in writing, with special attention to what you are expected to do.

If you quit, unless there are special circumstances that you can prove (sexual harassment, in danger on the job, etc.) you will not be eligible for unemployment.
