  • no a phone can contain personal info that a school has no right to look at
  • No, I do not agree with searching their phones without good reason. Kids have rights too and I think this goes too far. The police can not search a car without consent or a warrant. You can not be issued a warrant without probable cause to believe that criminal activity is occurring at the place to be searched or that evidence of a crime may be found there. How can schools be getting away with this? Geesh!
