  • Situps and crounchies this include cross overs- setting one food on the other leg and situp up with the opposite arm bicyle crounchies- routating you legs as if you were riding a bike and touching your elbows to the opposite knees legs straight-Sittingup with your legs out straight Gotta do them every day though, start out slow, then work your reps up!! resulting in abbs ^^
  • you won't lose fat off your abs by doing ab exercises. that doesn't work. you lose fat by dieting and cardio exercise (running, walking, etc). you will lose fat from all over your body though, since you can't lose from a specific area alone. crunches and situps will help you tone your abs.
