yes, for instance, one of my questions, outlining the difference between violent video games and today's society-hasnt been replied to since 2/15. its one of those Q's that may-be too complex to answer..i sometimes peek into the unanswered section and see if i can help that person out..but! sometimes, an unanswered question IS un-answerable-in my POV. but sometimes my instincts say give this Q a good rating, and i would do that even though i cannot answer it

Yes lots of them. Some very interesting questions get very little acknowledgement. It seems as if as the weeks go by the most popular questions are becoming the poll ones

I think that certain questions and answers should be acknowledged more.I often seen questions that require some research before they should be replied to, are not answered as often. Also thought provoking,and provocative questions get very little or no rating.And the answers,though good answers get few or no points.I am not sure if the point system truly shows if the questions/answers are looked at. On the other hand questions and answers that I find shallow and unimportant tend to get a lot of attention and a great deal of points.
