I was stationed in Korea for 2 years and had a girlfriend in the states we talk on the phone or chatted online almost every day. When I got out we moved into together the relationship only lasted another 2 months.

Depend on how deep is the love. It could be good for both of them coz they will always miss each other, better than have a fight avery now and then.

I believe if the relationship is strong, that it will strive to be together again. So, in this case, when your away from eachother, you'll be thinking about eachother, and how much you can't wait to be together again. If anything were to change i believe it would be the strenghth of the relationship from strong to stronger. and it alwasy makes the return to eachother extordinary.

Not necessarily. I think it takes the right match of maturity and levels of neediness to find balance. I have been in relationships that could withstand us barely seeing each other and others that things went south within days of not having daily interaction.
