As anonymous as you would be just viewing his page. An rss feed is an xml document that your Rss reader program (or website if you use my yahoo or google reader or something like that) checks often. So basically, you are just downloading a document off of their website, just as if you had downloaded a picture, except this document has information about recent articles, etc. The only way they would know is if you filled out a form to get access to the rss feed, or if you had to enter a username and password to view the feed.
