I have checked the celebrities fashion site, only the famous houses in Europe have nice things the others look like drag queens. If that is the actual fashion I would never use something of the sort. Check this link for radical fashion: http://www.fashionising.com/blogs/?pg=2

Any guy that would dress like 1980s Prince purple suits with ruffles- I think would look out of place almost anywhere -well unless your in California.

Nothing should be radical in fashion. Fashion is art, and art is meant to shock. So nothing should technically be too radical for fashion. Style however is another question.
