  • We are there now, but a certain ISM wants to penalize (aka discriminate against) the boys and men of 2009 because women didn't get the vote until 1920.
  • At least in the United States, we're already prohibited from discriminating against each other -- at least under the law. And I think we've gotten to the point where discrimination has enough negative consequences, when it's revealed, that there's a huge disincentive to go there. As to when the discrimination itself will be completely gone, that's like wondering when every single person in the world becomes completely fair, completely understanding and completely kind. I'll put my money on 5:32PM(Eastern Daylight Time) -- next Thursday. Right in the middle of happy hour. If I'm right, you owe me a drink. LOL. Seriously, I think we're never going to be in a situation where it isn't worth our time to continually point people in the right direction.
  • Never. The respect will have to be earned. Both ways. And knowing humanity, humans are damned determined to demand respect for theirs, and never respect for others.
  • Just because they aren't allowed to doesn't mean they won't do it. They are human.
  • Well, no one really is allowed to discriminate other people, be it racism or sexism. There SHOULD always be respect, and people should look at everyone EQUALLY.
  • Men and women are not equal and that's why it will never happen, the sooner people realize this the better.
  • Never, thank heavens. Vive la difference!
