Possible. So are death camps.

Hope not.. Heard on the news just a little while ago that there thinking of not allowing people to be in closed areas in a crowd; such as movie theaters, church, etc. But seriously, I doubt that will happen.

Unlikely. It may well have already mutated to a form no more virulent than ordinary flu. It's not starting out with the vengeance that the disastrous flu pandemic of 1918 did. That killed somewhere between 20 and 100 million people worldwide. First, let me declare for those who would make the accusation, I am no fan of socialism. There will be another pandemic like 1918 some day, but this doesn't look like its the one. And bear in mind that in 1918 we had no antiviral drugs such as tamiflu and no idea how to make a flu shot to build immunity prior to exposure. In 1918, palliative care in many parts of the world was likely to do a patient more harm than good. So I wouldn't sell all my earthly posessions and move to a remote desert island just yet. :)

So far, from what I read in the papers and hear on TV, there have not at this point been enough confirmed cases of this particular flu to lead to any urban quarantines. I feel certain that the CDC is closely monitoring the situation, and has a plan ready just in case. Hopefully, though, such a plan will never need to be enacted.
