I don't. Since I found out they no longer give you moderation points for spam than I don't waste my time. My percentages are important to me and I refuse to have them lowered when they don't seem to care. If everyone would understand that nobody gets moderation for it and quits flagging the site will become all spam and then moderators might pay attention

They've been pretty good about it in my experience. I've never seen spam last more than a couple of days.
