    I'll try and give the clear answers you seek.

    The skin over your penis is called your foreskin. The foreskin should be able to pass, unhindered fully back from your penis to expose the entire head, or glans. A lack of ability to do this is really the only reason for someone to have their foreskin removed. If you masturbate regularly you might find that the skin of your penis bruises and swells, making it difficult for the foreskin to pull back completely. There is no link with being a virgin, and you will not bleed profusely during your first sexual encounter.

    NO, the foreskin is there to protect the head of your cock and increase sensitivity. If you can't gently pull the foreskin back over your cock head when you have a hard on you should see a doctor. If it is just a tite fit, then loosen it up by pulling it back and forth over your cock head- nasterbate. You won't bleed its natural- more natural than not haveing a hood.
