    I suppose it would have to be love, kindness, something in that family.


    every week I bake adessert for my colleagues. I don't ask for money or favors and they are not guinea pigs for wacly recipes. I just do it because i like baking and I like them....

    and guess what? it always tastes good or heavenly as they say....the only common ingredient in all the recipes is me.....so it has to be what I bring to them: love, kindness, joy.....

    I got at least 40 different spices and herbs, some of which I collect myself, as well as salt, stock cubes, tomato paste, fresh garlic and onions. I put all my spices into identical glass jars arranged next to each other - they look like potion ingredients from Harry Potter or something.

    Perhaps my favourite for roasts is fennel seeds.
