The worst food by far is brains. Brains are 60% fat, and it's the worst kind of fat, very high in cholesterol. Furthermore, if you're preparing them yourself, there are deadly infectious viruses you can catch by handling raw brains.
Here's just one reference on that:

Foods that contain transfats. This is a type of fat that has a shelf life of several years. It is cheap to buy in bulk and businesses often buy it in large barrels.

Transfats are normally found in cheap reconstituted meats like donnor meat found in a donnor kabab or reconstitued processed steak (the stuff that resembles dog food), pork pies, sausage rolls and in tinned meats like tinned ham and corned beef and the list goes on.

Takeaways tend to use transfats too. I know curries from indian takeaways are ladened with them.

They age all the organs in your body and contribute heart failure, and kidney failure etc, normally occuring in old age.

    Japanese Blowfish (fugu) sushi.
    http://japanesefood.about.com/cs/seafoodfish/a/fugublowfish.htm
This is considered a delicacy, and costs about $150 for one person for dinner, but roughly 40 people die per year of Fugu poisoning. Certain parts of the blowfish are deadly poisonous, and you can only pray that your chef has the skill to serve you only the edible parts.
