WHERE is the state captail (capitol, I think you mean) of Connecticut---I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that the capitol of CT is in CT.
It's at 41°45′57″N 72°41′00″W. Nine miles west of Manchester, CT.
Is a captail anything like a cocktail? Because I have no idea where Connecticut put down its drink.
