Okay first please understand this: You do not lose points when someone downrates a question/answer - all that happens is your question/answer goes down in the rankings. If it happens to every answer to a question then there is no actual effect. Unfortunately you/your question have/has become a victim of trolling. And bringing attention to trolls in this way doesn't help them to go away. Asking for a point fairy means being awarded sympathy points where you haven't techically lost any to start with. The best thing to do when in the situation of a series of DRs because you feel someone is attacking your profile or question is to contact the administration team and detail your problem via the feedback link at the bottom of the page. In the meantime, while you are waiting for this to be resolved I recommend you change the settings in your profile to conceal your ratings from your feedback so they don't upset you.
