Because he was in charge of everything in the garden...including Eve. He allowed her to be the one in charge...and took from her hand the fruit she held.

Adam wasn't blamed for Eve's sin. He was punished as she was for the same sin, for taking and eating what didn't belong to him. He decided to choose for himself what was wrong and right, and he choose to do what he wanted and not what God commanded him to do.

the Bible say God commanded Adam to not eat of the tree. Adam must not have told Eve. Adam should've been watching her. So-oooo, it's adam's fault. To straighten it all out, all Adam had to do was ask God for another woman, but he blamed God for what happened.

God didn't. He blamed Adam for Adam's sin. Adam was the one in charge, placed in charge by God, and thus Adam was the one with the responsibility. Adam was the one told not to eat the fruit. (Eve only knew of it by hearsay from Adam.) If your read the narrative carefully, you'll see Adam was present for the whole conversation between the serpent and Eve. Yet he let it go on, standing by, doing nothing, listening. The Fall did not ocurr when Eve ate, but when Adam ate. And then Adam had the temerity to try to shift the blame to Eve AND GOD: "The woman YOU GAVE ME --she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it."
