  • Not at all. If it spreads to millions of people closer to where I live, then it will be a concern.
  • No, not right now. I live in Spain and there have been 4 reported 'possible' cases of the flu here - In my region in fact! I fear though that this will spread to mass hysteria, but for now it doesn't seem to be that bad. I also have faith in the government where I live to try and sort things out. There's no point in going crazy about it until it obviously starts to become a major thing. Remember the hysteria with bird flu?
  • The only thing that you have to fear is fear itself.
  • Well maybe I should be since there are lots of hog farms in our area. But, I'm not too concerned.
    • Army Veteran
It might be wise to vaccinate their pigs.
  • Nope. I have my drawer full of Sudafed, Motrin, and cold medicines ready at work.
  • There are 8 cases in NY, so it's pretty close to my state. I am concerned, but not worried.
  • I am very cocerned abou the threat becaus emy son and daughter-inlaw are headed to Cancun,Mexico for their honeymoon next week and the resort is telling them it is fine to go and not to worry but everything we read or hear on the news it makes us believe there is something to worry about. They will loose $600.00 plane flight if they don't go ,so they we are trying to decide what to do.
  • evry body just think postive
  • For Pete's sake, even if they lose their money, how much is their life worth to them. Stay away, and that's an order.
  • Not the least bit. There have been less than 1,000 cases in a world of 6 billion people. When it gets to 100,000 then I'll start to worry.
  • Nope. Remember all of those other things that the media hyped up and tried to scare people with? Did any of those things ever happen? My point, exactly. Plus, I eat well and my immune system is good. Even if I get it, I'm certainly not going to die from it.
  • No, not at this point. I just hope this thing doesn't mutate later on in the year or in a couple years and become a killer that does not respond to current vaccines or medicines
  • Nope :)
  • nope. Just a lot of media hype to get everyone paranoid. They need news stories but it doesn't worry me a bit
  • yes we're gonna die we're all gonna die
  • +5 No. I had my pig vaccinated
  • Since my 3M surgical masks have proven bulletproof against both the flu and COVID over the past two years, I ain't worried at all. I found a reliable Darknet supplier, have two boxes squirreled away, and will be stockpiling a couple more every month, so it won't be long til I have a lifetime supply of masks. Unless/until Fauci, Gates and their BFFs at Wuhan come up with an airborne version of Wuflu that requires a respirator and rebreather...I'll pass on the hysteria of fools.
