If you have concerns you should make an appointment with the doctor or nurse at your GP surgery. I agree w/answer #1, but I'll venture to say that you are probably developing, and that these might be part of that or even symptoms of your period. But GO TO A GOOD GYNECOLOGIST and ask him/her about this. Asking for--and worse, RELYING ON!--the advice of untrained people for something which _might_ (perhaps) be something important...well, that IS foolish. Go see a doctor. Be well.
