You're reading How many eggs can turtles lay in a year?
Comments
yes very true not all the turtles survive... & the reasons are:
1) Harvesting of Olive Ridley Turtles & its eggs
2) Nests and eggs are destroyed by predators like dogs, jackals, hyenas, etc., and by beach erosion.
3) Natural Calamities like flood etc.
