Muslims: Is it worse for someone to be a believer but of another religion or an atheist?

What do you really mean by that? They believe but not into practicing it? ...ermm. I don't really know how to answer this. But as u can see. Action speak louder than words. Maybe it's like,u know that u need to eat when u feel hungry,but when u got hungry,u don't eat. Then why u still saying or believe in something that u don't even practice it got what it mean? sorry for the bad comparison that i made.

Islam is the religion of the God Allah and the religion of his all messengers, adam, noah, ibraham, moses, jesus, mohammad, and others (peace be upon them) so when I mention Islam doesnt mean the form of the prophet mohammad (pbuh) only Islam (arabic word means peace) as a religion, had twisted by man, so the image of islam had disformed even after the last messenger of God mohammad (pbuh)but to far lesser degree differences appeared in islam accordig to type of lies contributed to it which was inturn differ from one community to another by the differences of era, language, social values,and course of history if u believe that Allah is the only God who deserve worshipping, u must believe in all his messengers and his religion (islam or peace if u want) if the form of this religion in your country differ from that in iraq for ex., this is not your fault, but u have to believe in one God i.e Allah, and in all messengers including mohammad (pbuh).

4 all of us it is like a responsibility 2 spread it. not only just 4 a specific person only but all of us. a good things should be share 2gether.

Islam is the religion that should be followed. Nevertheless, Jews, Christians and Sabeans who are/were purely monotheistic will have their place in heaven, Allah willing(2:62 Qur'an). In that sense, it is preferable. An atheist does not achieve salvation, so it can't be better.

Its not worst following another religion,most important is to believe in one god(monotheism),God cannot be a human nor is he been created by any so worst thing can be worshiping idols and humans.
