  • Silestone is developing a nasty reputation in some circles for the chipping problem. It's supposed to have 15 year limited warranty. Check on it at silestoneusa.com.
  • We had Silestone installed 4 years ago and LOVED it with no problems (sold the house). It should be warrantied, but to answer the second part of your question; YES, it can be repaired. That is one of Silestone (and other similiar quartz-resin composite products) selling features. The fabricator will send a repair person to your house and fill the chips with resin. From the sounds if it, you have a lot of chips, so re-sealing may be in order as well. I agree with CannedHam that you should check out the Silestone website, but you should also contact the dealer who arranged your installation right away. There are also now some new Do-It-Yourself epoxy repair kits. Don't go that course without checking the warranty first as it may void any warrantied rights to repair.
  • It can surely be fixed, just check on your warranty at first http://www.livingstonesurfaces.com/commercial.html
