Do you live alone? Is there anyone who depends on you? If you live alone and no one is around who needs you or depends on you then you are probably focusing inward on yourself and you are not gonna find sunshine and roses there. I think the best way to get happy is to look outward, find something useful to do that will benefit others. That way you forget about yourself and help someone else and everyone wins! :) Don't you love it when there are no losers, only winners? :)
