Sure you can ask if you want to be divorced from your wife. If you want to have casual physical, then you should not be married. You're wife deserves better. How do you think you would feel if your wife decided that because she was attracted to your brother (if you don't have a brother, your best friend), she should ask him if he was open for casual physical and took advantage of the opportunity whenever he came into town; if he did not live close by. Before asking anyone else a question like this one, ask yourself the same question with the tables turned. If you wouldn't like it, then your wife wouldn't either and your conscience will give you the right answer. If you lack a conscience or compassion, maybe your wife would be better off without someone who has some!
