Definitely Summer. Winter and fall you have to start covering up and you are losing your summer glow and in Spring I am still working off my 'winter tire'.

I feel more comfortable in the spring so my self confidence goes up giving me that little hint of feeling sexy. I'm not all cold and covered up and I am not hot and sweaty worrying if I smell of anything like that. So spring for sure.
