I like to chunk it into a dish. If I'm in the mood I might splash on some booze. Don't use salt on watermelon, but I like it on canteloupe and honeydew.

I prefer it chunked without the rind, and no salt. Snowflake and maggie prefer it with the rind on, and in the shape of a bowl.

No salt and sliced with rind on it; especially the very end of the melon where you have to eat it with a spoon. :)
