God - or a belief in god - can only survive in superstition and ignorance, So the enemy would be the light of reason, free thinking, and rational thought.
Remember what god did to Adam and Eve for seeking knowledge - and who offered it to them. And that God tossed Satan from heaven for asking too many questions - or seeking knowledge.
It's interesting that one of god's mythological adversary's names is Lucifer - Bringer of Light.

Anybody who seeks rational, logical answers to anything. Free will and the act of choice, asking questions and taking responsibility for your own actions. The end of war and hardship and the expansion of the human race. All of these are enemies of god.
