you really can't just ask which animal is the dangerous, as this is leaving out pack animals, becuase we speak of only one. i would give credit to the Peregrin(sp?) Falcon for being able to top out at 200 mph on a dive to his unsuspecting prey. Fastest top speed animal, and zero reaction time for it's prey. I have seen one of this birds grab a european starling out of the air and slowly eat it on a subway sign where i work in CT. From begining of dive to snack time was an ET of about 7 seconds. Grizzly and Polar bears have great speed (they run at around 25 mph, at least gizzlies do) Great strength and stamina, plus 4" claws that will rip you open. Marine animals.... Piranha are something fierce, although they are NOT as dangerous as people put it. They are scavengers, not predators, for the most part. However, when they are starving, a school of these fish can and will cleans a cow to its bones in a very short time. My credit goes to sharks. A sense of smell that makes a bloodhound look like ozzy osbourne, great speed and power, and a enough bite to take a man in half in few seconds. They're hunting instinct is natural. Sharks have hundreds of babies inside two wombs. These sharks have a pre-birth rumble royal to the death, where the only the two strongest get out alive. this also teaches them basic hunting and feeding skills, before they even get to the wild. they are killing machines. and damn good ones at that.

it depends on what animal you are

I don't see man so much a predator and as a parasite. We invade a territory, exterminate the competition, exhaust all the resources, then move on. Anything that exhausts its food store without replenishing it will perish, and that doesn't make a very effective predator. I'd agree with others that it all depends on what creature you are.

More people are killed by Hippos than any other animal, except humans. Believe it or not it was on "Animal Planet" last week.

There is so many dangerous animals it depend where you at,Big Cats like Lions and Tigers,then Bears (grizz) Polar bear,Crocs one of the worst, White sharks, Orcas,pack of hyenas,pack of wolves,a pack of wild dogs,poison snakes that can kill you in 30 or 40 minutes and Elephants get them angry and you see also the Hippo could be very dangerous,a angry Bull,there is a small frog a real pretty one too but with poison that can kill humans real fast,scorpions any poison animal. But the Worst killer is MANS,MAN kill millions of millions of humans through history and kill many animals too.One of the reason because man don't want to follow direction from his Creator and don't want to accept his word the Bible and is only obvious the man act crazy without his Creator's help,Man rather has faith or hope in his own than the Creator himself who made everything for a purpose that is why humans are paying the consequences because independence from his Creator who teach to benefit ourself.Now anyone can see that right??? sound familiar to you?
