first kiss with someone??? its like every emotion jam packed into one, your scared and nervous, but excited. your thinking what if he sucks? what if i suck? what if hes amazing? gaw i hope i dont screw up.... the butterflies start getting more and more until you are practically shaking with antisipation... now just a kiss with someone ive kissed for a long time, i still get the butterflies and excited feeling. but im no longer nervous. im happy :)

if it's the first time you've kissed that person, it's really awkward and your heart kind of (even if you don't like the person and it's just for fun, it still does this if there's a moment there) feels like it just took a step forward in your chest, then as soon as you kiss it's very natural and it's all okay. but if it's just any old kiss with a boyfriend/girlfriend you've had for ages there's usually no hesitation, just the kiss, and the sensations you feel during that. although, if you really like that person, sometimes you'll have a moment before the kiss. this one won't be awkward though, it will be loving and full of anticipation for the kiss to come. I just reread what I wrote and I sound like a really bad, soppy novelist. but oh well. it's all true. so boohoo. haha, hope this answers your question for you =)
