I believe there are a number of factors that have to be taken into consideration. there are a number of girls raised in a sexually open family; a girl may be digitaly penetrated at a young age of 4 or 5. A girl today in the openess of society and knowing kids are playing and doing things much earlier, 7 to 13 would be easily acceptable. In some restrictive families or those whom believe in the abstenence programs may wait as long as 13 to 16.
