My doe had babies almost 2 weeks ago she has not had the buck near her at all.is it possable that when the doe is feeding her babies that she looks pregnant her belly is big again could it be just the breast milk?or something else she also breaths heavily

Was the buck around her at all during her pregnancy? If so, he could have impregnated her twice, days or weeks apart. So when was the last time the buck was with her at any time.

you might try cutting back on her feed a little at a time and she my be heavy with milk. the heat plays a big role on heavy breathing with animals of ALL KIND.
