if you are talking about having clear skin then yes you can but there is no skin transplant for that kind of thing. I am familiar with photoshop and that pic of the guy's skin is unrealistic it's too flat and a little too much just like his clothes. even celebrities use this effect on their photos even though sometimes it's really hard to tell but there is no skin transplant to automatically give you smooth skin. just wash and take care of your face and i'm sure you'll be fine
