  • I would probably take one, but i would want to have visitation with the other one. Maybe make up a schedule, have one dog one week and swap the next. This way you could still spend time with both.
  • I would do (and did) whatever is in the best interest of the dogs. For example, in my case, my ex bought a house with a decent-sized yard. I bought a motorhome and went traveling around the country. The dogs had been together for 8 years and were used to having a large yard to roam. I let the ex keep both dogs. Thankfully, we're on good terms and I can visit when I like. But even if that were not the case, I would still have made the same decision.
  • personally, the dogs should be kept together i think, it would be sort of stressful breaking them up. this is a painful and personal decision and i wish you the best in what happens here
