You will need a large bowl and small bowl. Mix dry ingredients separate from wet. (Eventually will mix both together in larger bowl.) Preheat oven at 350 degrees, and spray a 9" x 13' casserole pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    5 cups Oats
1 cup Protein Powder (chocolate is best)
    3 TBSP Cinnamon

4 Large mashed bananas (5 if small)
    6 Egg Whites
    2 TBSP honey
4 TBSP organic peanut butter (crunchy is best)
    1/2 Cup nonfat milk

Stir and mix until everything is thoroughly combined. Spread mixture evenly into the casserole pan, and bake for 22 minutes.

After baking, let set for 10 minutes before cutting into 8 even sections.

Each square is: 370 cal., 4 grams fat., 22 grams protein., 54 grams carbs., 8 grams fiber (46 gr. net carbs)

If you try it, please let me know what you think! It is filling, nutritious, and good! Great as one meal replacement, especially if you are working out. (specifically weight training)
