When downloading YouTube videos using Downloadhelper for Firefox, what is the difference in downloading the normal video to downloading the HQ video? Can both be converted to WMV?

1) File size 2) The amount of time required to download (bigger files take longer) 3) Resolution - The HQ video will look smoother when viewed in full-screen, especially if you keep your desktop jacked up like I do. The non-HQ video will look fine in a little window but often looks a bit jaggy when you full-screen it. Aside from those differences they are exactly the same; anything you can do with one, you can do with the other.
