Help answer this question below.

Can anyone tell me what the radioactive decay constant for carbon-11 is please? I have looked all over the net and I can't find it anywhere!

    It has a half life of 20.38...
    I'm not sure if this is how you work it out, its been a while but...

    Half Life= ln(2)/(decay constant)= T ln(2)
    therefore...
    20.38= ln(2)/ (decay constant)
    decay constant= ln(2) /20.38 = 0.0340 per min

    Hope thats right lol.
